Since the beginning of the project, we have held meetings with different stakeholders from France and Luxembourg and they have showed their interest and even proposed ideas for the different scenarios to be evaluated in the project.
We conduct the research part of the project using the latest advancements in hybrid life cycle assessment and agent based models for mobility. The publication track of the connecting team shows this.
CONNECTING as a project will rely on a coupling of an agent based simulator and life cycle assessment software. We strongly believe that this kind innovative approach in life cycle assessment has it’s highest impact when the results are implemented as software applications. All of the development under the project has in mind bringing to the public (in particular to the stakeholders) the results not only as charts or published scientific papers but as web based applications to explore the different scenarios and their outcomes.
